"Pretty decent, but the timing was frustrating"
It was decent overall, but the timing was annoying because I only realized afterward that the legality can be a little confusing depending on where you live. Definitely check your local laws first so you don’t end up dealing with that at the worst possible moment.

I tried it out and yeah, it works well enough to make someone think twice and back off, but I wouldn’t totally trust it to stop a bigger guy quickly. It’s decent, just not as strong as I expected. Also, I reached out with a question afterward and never got any follow-up, which was frustrating.

I ordered from byrna.com and figured it would take a bit longer to ship (I was kind of bracing myself for a wait).
I got the tracking quickly, and it was already moving by the next day. The package showed up in good shape and even arrived earlier than the original estimate, which was a nice surprise.
Overall, I’m happy with how it went. No weird delays, no need to chase customer service (thankfully), and that’s really all I was hoping for.

I tried the byrna ammo at the range it performed better than I thought it would. Everything fired clean with no jams or random misfires, and the accuracy was solid too. If you’re going to own something like this, the decent thing is to know it works properly and handle it responsibly. I’ll probably grab more when I’m running low.

I’ve tested it a bunch of times now and it works every single time with no issues so far. i keep waiting for the catch because stuff usually isn’t this straightforward, but maybe that’s how they get you. For now though, no complaints, it’s been reliable

"Works fine, but something about it feels a little cheap"
It’s been working okay so far, so I can’t really complain too much. But something about it just feels a bit more plasticky than I expected, especially for the price. Nothing has broken or anything, it just doesn’t feel as sturdy in the hand as I hoped. Overall, it’s decent, but I’d probably give it 3 stars

Using the site was straightforward for the most part. I was able to find what I needed without a big hassle, so that was nice. A few pages did feel kinda crowded though, and I ended up clicking around more than I thought I would just to compare a couple things. Checkout was simple and didn’t drag on or anything. Overall, it does the job fine, just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

"Support helped, but it took a little longer than I expected"
I had to reach out to Byrna support about an issue with my order, and it took a few days before I got a response. They did eventually answer my questions and get everything sorted out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. I did have to follow up once, though, and the communication felt a bit slower than I would’ve liked. Overall, it was okay, but I think the customer service could be a little more responsive.

I had to return an item from byrna, and everything did get taken care of in the end. The support team responded, but it was not exactly fast, so the whole process felt a bit dragged out. My refund came through eventually, which I appreciated. It was not a bad experience, but I do think it could have been a little smoother.
